Seeking synchrony

In the depths of my asynchronous thoughts,

I find the bits and pieces of my past;

Some were the unburnt reminescence,

And some the glittering pebbles,

Mirrors, red manjadi seeds and pappus,

The memories of childhood

That haunt me with its trivial marvels;

Reminders of the innocent moments…

A smile spreads which bears

The fragrance of those ilanji flowers,

The moments when solitude

Filled infinity within...

I am seeking that infinity unknowingly

In everything around,

Where my asynchrony will transform

Into the moments of synchrony.

I am not walking to reach the destination,

But to enjoy the trivial beauties of life,

Where my laughter reverberates

And my tears roll unchecked;

Where I am accepted as I am,

Without being asked for explanations.
